Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. This promotion is exclusively for Singapore's American Express Credit Card Members.
2. The Offer applies only to new Go Inbound and HubSpot customers.
3. Each company is limited to a single redemption, regardless of the number of card sign-ups from the same entity.

Promotional Offer

1. Eligible customers can receive a promotional offer on HubSpot subscription plans, including Marketing Hub Professional, Sales Hub Professional, Service Hub Professional, and other available HubSpot solutions subject to approval from HubSpot.
2. This offer is subject to availability and can only be redeemed using a unique voucher code provided to the customer by American Express.
3. Each customer may redeem the offer only once. The voucher code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other offers.

Availability

1. The promotional offer is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who redeem the voucher code.
2. Once the limit is reached, the promotion will no longer be available, regardless of the expiration date of individual voucher codes. (Subject to HubSpot's Approval)

Promotion Period

1. This offer is available until the redemption limit is reached or until 07 April 2026, whichever occurs first.

Payment and Surcharges

1. A 5% surcharge will be applied to all Online Payments.
2. Payment must be made upfront to redeem the promotional offer. (12 Months HubSpot Subscription + Onboarding / Implementation Fee paid Upfront)

Account Activation

1. Customers must follow the instructions to activate their HubSpot subscription after redeeming the promotion.
2. Failure to comply with activation procedures may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Once redeemed, the promotional offer is considered final.
2. Cancellations or refunds on promotional subscriptions will not be entertained unless explicitly specified in the voucher conditions.

Additional Services

1. Any additional deployment and solutions services and other managed services apart from Hubspot onboarding and implementation according to the chosen plan will be charged extra.

Confidentiality

1. The data in Go Inbound’s technical and commercial offerings must not be disclosed, duplicated, or used in whole or in part for any purpose other than evaluating the offer.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Singapore.
2. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes arising from this promotion.
3. Customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined above by participating in this promotion.
